In collaboration with Josh Pyke and Crowbar, the Rome Shiraz was put together by Tim Sproal of Minim & Boomtown wines in Castlemaine, Victoria.
The wine collaboration coincides with the release of Josh Pyke’s impending new album Rome, set for release August 28th.
Dry and savoury, medium bodied with purple fruit and hints of black olive and wild herb. Poised and elegant with a hint of volcanic minerality due to the basalt soil on which it was grown.
The fruit is from Yandoit near Bendigo, which was an old Gold Rush town in the 1850s.
