BK is one of our best mates, and follows a similar life/party balance that seems to keep us all ticking and kicking well! Here are some words from the man himself about this new release:

“Our Carbonic Pinot Noir’s first foray into a large, oak vat – a cuve, properly said. The upshot is delightful! Vibrant, rounded and herbaceous on the nose with powerful bay leaf notes and inviting, lifted brightness. It’s sort of Beaujolais but without any of the disappointment. With a similar finish to its considerably lighter-skinned brother, Ramato, this is a Pinot Noir that can be served equally successfully at room temperature or chilled. Definitively medium bodied but absolutely red enough to make you feel good about yourself and the person you’re sitting next to. The cuve will be back! 100% whole bunch Lenswood Pinot Noir. Three weeks in large wooden cuve. Full carbonic maceration.”
