“Ovum always has a bright and eager first-cab-off-the-rank appeal. The goal with this wine is to find the percussive centre between floral and zest, that beat between the prettiness of gris and the minerality of grigio.

This vintage is a tight and zingy pear-drop classic with outrageous length and precise equilibrium. Buttered popcorn umami brings salivation and structure to the palate. A wine you can practically nibble. 100% Lenswood Pinot Gris, pressed direct to tank, full solids, 100% fermentation in concrete ‘egg’ for nine months.” – BK
